So, im buying a new bucket..

Ive looked around town, every lot, every dealer, every classified.. ive found ONE v8 car, that wasent a total pile of shit..

1994 Thunderbird
130,000 miles
4.6 V8
3500 USD

now, this car, is clean as hell.. not a scratch, not a single interior flaw.. you could litterally put this car on a ford showroom floor, and tell people that its never been driven.. question is.. WTF goes wrong with these motors.. recalls, ect ect ect.. i mean, its fucking nice, and im going to take it to my mechanic tomorrow, but im about to just hand the guy 3500 bucks becuase its really fucking nice for that kind of money..

sigh..

^_^

Because i dont like most imports?

Refuse to drive hondas, while they last, there fucking dogs..

Toyota makes 2 modles ill drive.. and locating a older celica is a pain.. and supras well, im not looking to pay out the ass for insurance..

Mazda, while they make a few decent cars, im not wanting a 4 banger.. and tbh there nice cars arnt cheap..

Nissan/Datsun, while i love Zs.. finding a decent one thats worth a shit is a pain.. i dont like the "newer" 300Zs and the older ones just arnt easy to come by here.. i found one, 150k on the engine.. owned by a ricer..

BMW, not in my price range for something "good"

Volvo, found a really nice one.. V6 non turbo... while i could live with that, repairs are NOT cheap..

should i go on?
