For example, if I click on "click here" or if I click on the "launch" to start the slide show, the next window opens for about a half a second and then just closes.
I have tried to lower my settings and stuff like that but I can't get it to open.
Can someone help me out please

check your popup blocker
that link is a javascript that opens a new window and your popup blocker tried opening it then closed it..
if you trust the site lower your popup blocker settings / disable them and open it

Or it could be really irritating spyware of some form. Do a spyware scan perhaps?

Sorry, Windows XP Pro, SP2, Internet Explorer. Clicked to allow popups, but it still wont open. The window with the skyscraper comes on for about a half second and goes away.

I have active scripting disabled for my Internet Zone security for IE which prevents java scripts like that from executing. When I want a site to use it, I simply add it to my trusted zones so it can execute that java script. However, you still need Sun Java for that stuff to work too.
The reason I dsiabled the Active Scripting is because there is a known vulnerability with it and that is the only fix until MS patches it.

I had the domains from that site blocked with noscript in ff, but regardless the site worked perfectly, so mebbe it's not a java issue. ;s
