Well I think that animated gif would belong to quake3arena.com as to seeing as that's what it says on it.
So I don't think they'd like you stealing their property and using on your site.

Quake3World does NOT own the Quake 3! ID Software does! So.. This anymated gif belongs to person who made this and when he puts it on his site then he wants to share it with us!
