I d'led quake3 but multiplayer doenst find servers, any help?

Did you patch the game?
Are you a Pirate?
If you're a pirate, formatting your hard drive will fix everything.
As you can tell, we're not suppose to promote game piracy here.

Yea i patched it, Single player works.
