All of the sudden, I can't play Quake 3 anymore because when I move with W,A,S,D my mouse won't move. It seems whenever a key is pressed my mouse freezes up. Anyone got any ideas on how to fix this?

Perhaps they're sharing an IRQ. Check your Device Manager for any hardware conflicts, mainly yellow exclamation marks.

Also, if your'e using wireless equipment, try resetting the mouse's connection.

Hehe, wow is this an active forum! Reseting my wireless mouse and keyboard connection didn't work, How would I go about uninstalling and reinstalling these devices?

The problem that you described is nearly always to do with the positioning of the wireless reciever.
I had a similar problem with my logitech keyboard (and a shitty generic logitech clone keyboard before that). Make sure the wireless reciever isnt obstructed, and is higher up compared to the mouse and keyboard. (I balance mine on an empty roll of duct tape).
