Firefox - Complete uninstall

I'm having some seriously annoying problems with the latest Firefox (1.5.0.4) after I installed the flash/shockwave plugin. Whenever I try to view sites that uses it, I get this error message:

If I press OK, it pops right back up again, so I have to check the box. This happens _every_ time I enter the site, no matter what I do. If I wander long enough on a flash site, eventually Firefox will crash and I can't open a new one until I kill it from the processes menu (ctrl+alt+del).
So, I tried reinstalling Firefox but nothing. Apparently it doesn't uninstall the plugins, so I wondered how one would completely remove everything Firefox uses, so I can start over. This is seriously annoying, since it happened immidietly (spelling) after a fresh format.
