nice effect, superimposing the colour data from an afterimage negative over the light & shade data from the b & w picture

btw it's not your eyes that are tricked but your brain

If you don't take your eyes off the black dot on the castle wall, the color remains. Once you move your focus, the color vanishes.

Comes back for me if I look back at the center but not as pronounced. Also the image fades into black and white if I keep staring at it. Cool little illusion though.

I like the spinning disk one that makes it look like you're on acid.
