Hello, i recently set up my pc, and found a old Cwith Q3 vids, watched a few and really want to play again.
I installed Q3 came straight here to find out whats new and what to install.
I installed 1.32c ,three wave, pro132full, PB and ufreeze.
I still cant play, it either says "Awaiting connect 1-100" or i get Protocal 43 needed..

Can some one help me out by telling me what else i may need to install?
Is been a while, ive search through the stickys and cant really find anything to install to sort the problem.

Try the All-Seeing Eye, as the ingame browser is poor and it sounds like you're trying to connect to servers with older versions of Q3. With ASE you should be able to find a lot more servers and filter them to your needs.

Oh and I also suggest getting OSP (Their main website seems to have disappeared) and CPMA as they're very popular mods.

Make sure you install 1.32 before 1.32c

skim through the stickies- you'll save yourself a lot of time and stress in the long run (for instance, they will explain that protocol mismatch error)
