Stick a sharp object down your ear canal to unblock it.

I've found my ears get blocked up when my jaw is tense. Try concentrating on relaxing your jaw and that'll reduce a lot of stress on your ears.

Or just plain break your jaw off, stab yourself in the heart 6 times, light your pubic hair on fire, jump into a bathtub with a toaster, and slit your throat. That'll take care of plugged ears, fucktroll.

If the blockage is exterior (sounds muffled), then syringing the ears will clear it... Go see the doctor. Safest is to to get an ear wax solvent from the pharmacist. if this happened without any apparent aggravation from loud music, as this is a complaint that usually occurs from ear fatigue (your ears over-produce earwax... working in recording studios, i have met peeps who have had this occur to them), but if you aren't exposing your ears to high volume regularly (or using headphones) then it may be caused by high frequencies you can't hear... maybe from your computer sound system. Surprising, but ultrasonic sound CAN cause tinnitus as well, so your ears may be sensing this and rebelling.

If it's inner ear (doesn't sound muffled, but tinny... toppy) then try a decongestant to clear the blockage.

DON'T plug your nose and blow, whatever. Don't stick shit in your ear either.

Could be the headphone thing then. You don't think stuff is as loud as it actually is, 'cos your floor and your ribs aren't vibrating.
