I had my Win2000 box running for 2 months flat. I don't have any screenies. I only rebooted because I installed Nero on it.

About 8 weeks. I only reboot when it forces me to (windows update 'please reboot' reminders etc), else it's on all the time.

I know of a w2k server has been running for over 5 years straight now. It's really not that surprising.
If you had any other OS than windows and you tweaked and customized it as much as the average user does with their Windows, it'd crash as much too.

I have two Win2k3 Servers at my office that have been in constant operation since last July. They're on UPS boxes that are hooked into a gas generator for those pesky power outages. They serve 1500+ employees round the clock and are mission critical. We only reboot them if we absolutely have to. I'm pretty impressed with 2003 Server. We just couldn't do the same thing with even 2000 Server.

6 months and I didn't know it. I was running a PC as a backup machine and it was really quiet at the time. Plus, I always run a floor fan, so I wouldn't hear it anyway even if it were loud.
I didn't have the front LEDs hooked up. Oops. I'm glad I didn't lose it during monsoon season.

Few months probably without logging out or rebooting. Never really check. Now the machine stays on all the time, but There are several users on here so logging in and out happens quite a bit.

I have enough RAM to wipe my ass with. 256mbs. Intel Celeron 2000mhz. Try keeping it up for 1 day at the max.

I've been up for 12 days right now. The only time I reboot is when I install new drivers or something gay like that.

2 years ago I would have told you of your insanity had you come to me asking for more than 30 days uptime on a Windows box
She's on a battery backup and running my Q3 testing stuff. I'll post another pic if she makes it to 90 days.
Just out of curiosity, whats the longest uptime (and what OS) you've had out of a Win32 machine?

what a fucking nerd
