it just hit the midlands. been absolutely shitting it down with hail for the last half an hour or so with big splats of thunder and lightning.

was driving home from work in the missus's ford ka and the damn thing was skating all over the place. luckily, everyone else had the common sense to pull over until visibility improved so i pretty much had the road to myself.
