Protocol versions?

Hey, I used to be a hardcore Quaker, but other games caught my attention and stole me away for a while.. BUT!! I am back! 
Only with an issue, everytime I try to connect to a server, it says "error: server is using protocol version 68" or 69... Any idea on how to fix that?
