Yeah, what's the name of that movie where in the beginning he uses the helicopter to grab Dr. No's wheelchair and drop it in some smokestack or whatever? I believe it was Roger Moore.

Dr No died in the first film, in the nuke reactor. You're thinking of Blofeld being thrown into the smokestack at the beginning of For Your Eyes Only.
You're right about it being Roger Moore tho.
