I always enjoy some french bread and garlic butter.

with a slices of plum tomato, basil leaf, and melted mozz.

5 makes a dinner. or atleast full.

Or One can of Organic vegetable pasta...( healthy alpha-getti) and some organic bread toasted lightly with a hint of balsmic vinegar and a thin wipe of non salted organic goat butter.

How about eggs? How long has it been since you've injected protein into your gut?
