God damn internet

DSL that downloads normally at 306kb/s will barely reach a maximum of 30kb/s now. Out of nowhere, everything just died. No spyware, no connection problems. Just getting dial-up speeds all of a sudden.

I sent them an email, surprisingly their incompetent tech support answers back fast usually.
