Center Screen Messages (Quake 3 and Quake 4)

Any of you nice people know how to create center screen messages in Quake? You know the one's that appear when you start playing a map, just after its loaded. I have looked high and low on the internet and cant find thing about it! :icon33:

It's mod dependant. For instance, in OSP or CPMA you'd use either the server_motdfile or server_motd[1-8] cvars.

Thank you very much. Whats the best one to use for Quake 4? I think I shall use OSP for quake 3.

Is OSP still available?
Did they close down for good or going through some restructuring phase?
