RSS Forum?

I've noticed that after the major Quake3World forum crash that the community has shattered and many people have gone to other forums.
There are numerous other mapping and modding forums out there, some more active than others.
It's safe to say that there are resources and articles on some forums that wouldn't be on others like Quake3World for instance.
So what about a nexus forum for all of these other forums to bring the former community back together? What I mean is, a forum that would go on to these separate sites and update itself based on a live RSS feed of the other forums' threads?
And possibly even the ability to post on the nexus forum and have that post copy itself over to the separate forum in reply to the subject on the originating forum.
I'm interested in hearing people's thoughts on this.
