Can you play Quake 3 off a dail-up connection? How bad would it be?

Thanks

You can play Q3 on a 56k connection with a solid 150 ping. Not the best but not unplayable. Or if you've got a 28.8 or something i can only say this . . . UPGRADE! You can get 56k for free nowadays!!
