Comment : you guys are obviously a bit unskilled. Don't give reviews about products you're not savvy enough to setup. Period. Even if you're honest and truthful (which you weren't, instead of saying "we're inexperienced in network administration at the most basic level," you berate a product such as the very simple fortigate 60 with the term "frustrating"). Also, it's not good practice to make mention of the most inane details such as "you have to give the alternate WAN interface a higher metric in order for it to work! What the daisies!!" because most people intelligent enough to use a product such as this take 45 seconds to google the god damned complexities themselves.

TOOK US LIKE A WHOLE DAY TO FIGURE OUT THAT YOU DIDN'T HAVE TO USE A ROLLOVER CABLE TO UPLINK IT! THE MANUAL WAS LIKE 30 PAGES, WOW, WHAT ARE WE SUPPOSED TO BE CERTIFIED CISCO PUBLIC ACCOUNTANTS WITH A DEGREE IN READING MANUALS TO USE ONE OF THESE?! I MEAN COME ON!! FRUSTRATING!!
