Rail jumping is usually a feature of insta (and insta unlagged) servers. It's a server-side mod only so all you need to do is connect to instagib servers and if the server admin has enabled rail-jumping, it will work.

I don't think osp supports it at all.

Yep. Feature of instagib/instaunlag servers.
Simply point at ground/wall. Fire.
The rail will launch you a certain distance depending on the set value of the rail kickback.

Download the insta or instaunlagged mod server files and run a server with it. If you ever see the phrase "the mod is server side", it means you don't need the files to just connect and play. But if you want to run a server (hence server side), you DO need them. If you ever see the phrase client-side or client-side AND server-side, then you need all the files to play regardless if you're setting up a server or not. Any mod that changes artwork or core game events will usually be client-side.

They're just being silly and poking fun at your name.

Railjumping CAN hurt you if the kickback has been set to cause damage. I remember playing on a server that would hit you for 10 points of damage everytime you railjumped.
