Let me know. I'm looking for something (not warez) and have never really used the whole torrent thing.

http://www.torrentz.com is pretty good, because it searches several torrent sites at once.

Torrents don't really go with obscurity so well because of the architecture of the torrent system. It's more suited to popular files than to obscure ones. The better networks for obscure files are Direct Connect and eDonkey, because their 'share' system ups the chances of something obscure being available for download.

Within the torrent community, you can certainly specialise into some pretty specific subject areas and find trackers/sites dedicated to those areas. For anime/asian media, hongfire, boxtorrents or deadfrog. For public domain, PD torrents, archive.org and etree. For adult, cheggit, puretna and empornium.

Then there's the filtering/search sites like torrentreactor and ubersites like piratebay

dont use torrentspy if ur gf is in the room, i typed in 'Bizarre Ride to the Pharcyde' (a Pharcyde album) and it picked up the word 'Ride' and sprung up a myriad of hardcore porn torrents and ads all over the page.
on another occassion i typed in Marvin Gaye and.....well u can guess the rest :olo:
