When you switch users shouldnt you be able to have different screen resolutions??
I have user A with 1024x768 and created user B and tried to have user B have 800x600, but when I do this it changes both accounts to 800x600.

I think you should be able to have two resolutions, but I honestly have no clue.
I would try making both users just users, not admins or power users, if not that maybe you can have each user account load up a driver profile each time you log in
Sorry I have no definative answer

no, by default it's impossible in XP. there might be some kind of hack/workaround for this, but out of the box it's not going to happen :/

great how you have to have a "fix" for something that should work from the get-go.

Heh, wouldn't have noticed that, thanks!
Yeah, the fixing thing is a bit crap... I think there's a DLL hack out there which 'fixes' this as well somewhere, I'll see if I can find it.

Thanks for the link. :icon14: I really needed that fix. My wife wants 1024x768 and I use 1280x1024. She's had to settle for my res up till now. She's going to be happy about this.

Next time you're making love, make sure she calls you Foo.

She already does. When I do something wrong she yells, "What's wrong with you foo'?"
