What are some good HDD's out right now? Wth is 7200.10 and 7200.9 on the rpm speeds of the Seagate HHD? What is the difference between the .10 and .9?
Any recommendations for Gaming LCDs? I'm looking at the viewsonic with the 2ms.

Both Seagate's are 7200 rpm. The .9 and .10 indicates the revision number. If around the same price, I would go with the .10's since they use perpendicular recording which can potentially allow for faster data transfers (not sure about real world performance), and higher capacity drives. But since it's a theoretical increase in speed, there's not a huge difference between the .9 and .10's.

the new viewsonic's are nice, the only other one that i would recommend ( for a reasonable price that is ) is the Samsung 940BW,

is there a visible difference between 8ms, 5ms and 2ms? The viewsonic range across all these. It was awhile ago, but I heard 8ms was fine for gaming with no ghosting. Is this the case.
ALSO, flat panel crt - any opinions on these, a guy I know keeps saying thats what I should get if I like gaming, but I dunno.

What do you mean by 'Flat Panel CRT'. CRTs don't come in flat panel form, only LCD screens do. Do you mean a CRT with a flat front?

I thought a flat CRT display type was also called "flat panel" but now see the mistake. It's not a flat panel...heh.

Flat panel CRT's are in fact, CRT's packed into a slimmer body. Don't know much about them yet, but sounds like overpriced, not worthwhile.

I'm using a 20" 1600x1200 Viewsonic ATM. I have it mainly for graphic work, but gaming on it is pretty decent at 16ms. Some mild tearing on some games when running without v-sync (and it seems to happen only at some resolutions). No problems with v-sync turned on. IMO, 8ms or less is great for gaming.
Viewsonic or Samsungs are good brands to stick with. I also heard good things about LG and Dell.
