What's European black culture like?

After the Michael Richards [LOL RACISM] episode, I was reminded of my many contemplations of American black culture, and the entities that control it and keep it in the place it's at.
The Jewish controlled media, in particular the music industry are heavily to blame on publishing hip hop and killing jazz, blues, and other black cultural music styles. Because of popularity, and remember what popularity is, it's manufactured via presence, and the media determines what has dominant presence, rap music is the most popular amongst blacks, and in the top three amongst whites and other races.
Since rap music is manufactured for blacks, they connect to it more, so when Ice Tea or whatever the fuck that loser's name is says to go kill a cop, a white person hears that and says, "Yeah, the pigs are out of control." But a black person hears that and says, "Alright. I'll go kill a cop now.
The American black culture has been bullied into this mobius... A loop phenomenon, where the cycle keeps going and going and going...
Not that they aren't there by choice, mind you. They share the blame as well.
But-
In order to control the race and create lucrative opportunities, the media moguls, and government agencies that cater to low income families have basically cornered the dogs, so to speak.
What would be your final solution to these problems?
And-
Don't get on me saying this is a case of, "The Columbine kids played Doom, and Doom made them kill their classmates." No, bad parenting and a shitty environment made them make that choice.
Blacks are inherently a violent people, it's been proven time and time again, typically shot down by racist groups such as the NAACP and ACLU, and programming them with rap music and the rap lifestyle only amplifies this.
In that Michael Richards clip, you'll notice that all he did was say the N word and they were so incensed by it that they left and threatened to kill him. If someone called you or I a cracker, we wouldn't return the favor by murdering them. This is the mind of a black.
Look at rap videos... Look at Ludacris' ludicrous new video... "Shake your money maker like somebody ought to pay you, stand next to this money like hey hey hey." I don't profess to know the actual lyrics to that filth, but what sort of lifestyle does it promote? Demeaning women, and embracing drugs, violence...
God dammit, the thug CEOs of the music industry need exterminated before they permanently damage the black race. Rap has been around for thirty years, and it's about time to end it somehow.
SO ANYWAY, what is european black culture like? Do they smell of coconut lotion? Do they talk like, "Macka R Da Pro, Slick. Hey homes I can dig it. Fee fi fo fum, I see a white man, get my gun. Ooga booga, where da white women at?" Do they wear fucking ridiculous clothing there? Jackets that look like trashbags, etc.?
