Insta Unlagged 1.2

I just downloaded this a few hours ago and i have absolutely no idea how to install it. It doesn't have any installation instructions in the download and it acts differently to any other mod i've had to install (Defrag and CPMA)
Before i do something dumb like accidently delete some system files, can someone tell me how to get this working?
