hello. I run a .30 server and changed the q3_banner.tga to a differnt picture. when I join a game I see the banner I made.

My question is.. How do I make it so it autodownloads to others computers through FTP. Its a plus pak. I auto downloaded it from another server and it went into my mod file. It made me mad because every server I went to that ran the same mod had this sign in it. so I opend the file by adding .zip to the file name and changed the banner to what I wanted.
does anyone know how to make it upload as an add-on (pluspak) to others comps?

Short answer: you can't.
Long answer: you can't, at least not via FTP. Put the file in the baseq3 or mod folder and make sure it has the extension *.pk3 (you'll probably want to rename it or it'll clash with the file people already got from other servers), then set sv_allowdownload to 1.

On a personal note, I always find it quite a nuisance when random servers pollute your game with random images/funny sounds/strange weapons/models/etc.
