Wow, that's the first time I heard of anyone having a hard time using iTunes. It's pretty idiot-proof for all the basic functions. I only find issues when trying to do more advanced stuff and there isn't an option to do what I want.

The only gripe I have with iTunes is this:

When I import a folder, iTunes copies all the files in it into it's own directory structure somewhere in "My music". This is good.

Here's the bad part: It also protects the original files so I can never delete them. WTF, iTunes? This is definitely iTunes's fault, I can delete a folder just fine, but if I try to delete it after iTunes has imported it, I get "This folder can't be deleted, an application is still accessing it" or something. No, a restart doesn't help.

That's just it... You HAVE to be an idiot for iTunes to work properly for you. It's always stricken me as a program that was created assuming the user was a retard.

like everything else for the mac?
turns out if you add some glitzy animations to make basic stuff like maximizing a window more entertaining people don't notice it though.
