port forward help

Ok so, I don't get it. I did all of the things pictured but I still don't get my port forwarded, What am I doing wrong? Thanks!

Thats what I was hoping but when I run UT on the limited account I get red x's and "access denied" status. When I run the port test I get an error also?!?
