Please advise concerning the installation of Quake III iArena on a
machine with Xp pro 64 bit. The installation stops at the iniitial phase.and does not continue. I tried installing the game manually but an error occurs at the start up of tournament play.

some things to check
firewall not letting quake3 connect?
no adminstartion rights to install apps
make sure all drivers are up to date
