Quake 4 1.4 beta si_fps test servers (4 of them)

Please give your input on the following servers. They are all identical in configuration except for the si_fps setting and IP address.

You can find these all easily in your Quake 4 (1.4) in-game browser if you sort by server name.

turkeyfiles.escapedturkey.net (125 FPS)
72.5.249.161
net_serverMaxClientRate 25600
si_fps 125
net_serversnapshotdelay 50
FFA with 8 players

turkeyfiles.escpapedturkey.net (100 FPS)
72.5.249.200
net_serverMaxClientRate 25600
si_fps 100
net_serversnapshotdelay 50
FFA with 8 players

turkeyfiles.escpapedturkey.net (80 FPS)
72.5.249.118
net_serverMaxClientRate 25600
si_fps 100
net_serversnapshotdelay 50
FFA with 8 players

turkeyfiles.escpapedturkey.net (60 FPS)
72.5.248.3
net_serverMaxClientRate 25600
si_fps 60
net_serversnapshotdelay 50
FFA with 8 players

Machine Specs: Dual Opteron, 4 gigs RAM, RAID 5.

Network: 100 mbit port connected to a GigE fiber connection using Internap bandwidth.

I'm doing this test to see which si_fps setting is preferred. Hopefully this will help the community decide on ideal si_fps settings.

Thank you for your feedback. :icon31:

I think what they're saying, is some folks (I'm included) can't play if the bob is on. Get motion sickness and all, so really can't test it properly to provide any feedback.

seta pm_bobpitch "0.0"
seta pm_bobroll "0.0"
seta pm_bobup "0.0"
seta pm_crouchbob "0.0"
seta pm_runbob "0.0"
seta pm_runpitch "0.0"
seta pm_runroll "0.0"
seta pm_walkbob "0.0"
