I'VE JUST WON THE SPANNISH EUROMILLIONS...... apparently

Well not really. You would have to be a fucken idiot to fall for the shittily put together letter I just received in the post informing me of my "windfall".
All I have to do is fill in my bank details on the included form and fax it back to this number 0034-692-963-947 or alternatively call 0034-695-013-413.
Not bad considering I didn't even enter the fucking game.
Anyone here have any ideas about how I can go about adding these numbers to a spam list or alternately faxing this fucker with a nice thank you message? Preferably with the option to hide where it came from.

get a job at the department of homeland security, then send a fax from there with their name on the header telling them they've been identified as terrorists and will be bombed unless the present themselves to nearest gay tokehead cop (they're obviously dutch)
