Quick RAM Question

What is the difference between 4 and 5 latencies in DDR2 800? Or would it be better to get CAS latency 4 DDR2 667 for a Core 2 Duo with a FSB of 1066.

p.s. i went for high banwith instead of Tight timmings for my DDR Setup.
