Thanks Scourge, I appreciate it.

Hey Kaz. So... which Kaz are you? The founder of the Classic Doom 3 mod went by Kazahana, and we called him "Kaz" for short. Then I remember there was a dude here I made music for who went by Kaziganthe (I believe... something like that). Are you either of those two?

Yup, I'm the music guy.

Hey, I have a Youtube channel, you guys should check it out. http://youtube.com/profile?user=sonicclang You can watch me being a total dork. I've got instructional videos up for E1M1 and E1M8. You can also check out my Myspace page, http://www.myspace.com/sonicclangmusic and my band's page at http://www.myspace.com/duskofmind :)

Keep rocking those levels guys!

Hi SonicClang. Welcome back.

Thanks.

Wow, that LawL guy is really strict! I haven't posted here in over a year and the rules on signatures must have changed and he threatened to delete my account because I didn't un-check "Attach signature". That would suck if my account got deleted because of something stupid like that.

Oh hey pjw, what's up my man? How's the city north of Madison going? Raven treating you alright?

Ignore LawL, he's not an admin or mod around here or anything. He's just some guy who trolls around in GD.

To keep things neat and not too distracting, we've requested that people keep sigs to a minimum.

Cool videos BTW. Lumber, power tools and beer makes for fun times indeed!

Ahh, I see. Well, I can see your point of keeping sigs down to a minimum.

Yeah those studio construction videos are pretty fun to watch. I'm still not 100% done, but it's done enough for me for now anyway. I'm recording music in it so that's good enough.

I hardly even have time to play games anymore, which is sad. But when I do get a chance to play, I still play Quake 3 over anything else.

Life is good. I honestly don't have any complaints at all (other than maybe I'm starting to grow a bit of a gut...the horror...).

Raven still kicks ass. :)

Yeah I'm starting to grow one of those myself.

I'm watching Ninja Warrior right now and it's making me want to work out and get buff!!! :D

I'm glad things are working out for you.

Hey..you live in the state right east to me, I'm 10,000 lakes away :icon25: . Nice to see some other musicians in the scene. I have my two drumkits and a Marshall Cab collecting dust in my closet..haven't been on a stage in the last couple of years. :icon23:
I remember your name from sometime back...I was gonna ask what tunes you added to some Q3 Maps...I can't remember which?

Howdy neighbor. i try my hardest to keep the dust off my instruments. That doesn't necessarily mean I play them a lot :) I clean them. haha.

I made a song specifically for Kaziganthe's CTF3 level. I called it "Nightmares" because he had TV screens in the level that flashed the words "Nightmares grow from dreams". I actually recorded myself screaming that line and included it in the song.

Then I made a song I called "HC" (hard core) for Redfella's Gratiton.

The last Q3 level I made music before moving to Doom 3 was for skinNCNmaster's PN03 level.

Then I moved to Doom 3 and made music for heXum's "Executive Quarters" level.

After that it was on to Classic Doom 3 and things took off quick. I haven't done anything for games since we finished the mod.

Hehe hey! What's up man? Good to see you've wandered back over to the Q3W LEM forums :)

Ah so that was what SkinNCNMaster's map was called. I couldn't remember it's name when I mentioned it on your band's myspace profile.

Again, glad to see you back :icon25:

It was a really cool level, really great looking, but it was too fancy and he couldn't get it optimized enough to build the aas file so you couldn't play against bots. I actually made a bunch of sounds for that level too.

People always come back to where they started right? :)

Ah...ok, heh...I was messin with some melodies on my guitar to go with that one night. Some trippy sounding bends and such. Kind of sounded like one of the rhythms in a song I used to drum on with one of the past bands I've been in. I've only got a tascam four-track recorder so I don't really get a chance to record stuff onto my comp, otherwise I'd pop something up. I'll have to check out the other maps.
