Rob Zombie is closest to Uwe Boll.

Could be good, as long as its gory. Then again, its Rob Zombie, so it should be.
At least its got the original music and mask style, so it should be interesting.

The Halloween movies are, in my opinion, the best horror movie franchise ever. The fact that you know that at one point, Michael Meyers was a good kid and that doctor seems to be able to tame him sometimes, makes the movies unique. And Rob Zombie has become a great horror director. House of 10,000 corpses wasn't that great, but The Devil's Rejects was fricken incredible and it gave me nightmares. I think it's a great match, Halloween and Rob Zombie. I'll go see it, definitely.

House of 1000 Corpses was complete shit, I don't hold out any hope for this.

Rob Zombie used to be a shit musician. Now he's applied this amazing ability to shove a massive curled and steaming pile through a dingy hollywood glory hole known as the box office.

House of 1000 Corpses was way too similar to Texas Chainsaw Massacre, but I thought Devil's Rejects was really good.
