European Tournaments/ Ladders!!

where do I find European Ladders or tournaments that are up to date and not 3yrs old or so. Its for my CTF Clan. we wanna play in a tournament or a ladders soon but we kind find any up to date. do u know where we can find tournaments? It doesnt have to be european tournament/ladder. but we prefer it more. so, where can I find a "up to date" tournament/ladder for my clan? a seriouse one of course. no homemade tournaments. it should be a 4vs4.
