Multiplayer help

3 yrs ago I successfully played Q3 multiplayer on the internet.
but now, after 3 yrs gap, when i try to play the same, the game scans for servers and "no response from master server" is displayed. i hav the patches 1.32 and 1,32c installed and use a 56 kbps line. please help
