I'm pretty simple when it comes to mixed drinks if I'm making 'em. Usually just gaterade, powerade, or sprite...
Been browsing around the net today a bit for something a bit more tasty.
What are you favs that don't require buying to much for ingredients ...just a few items?
edit: not a fan of orange juice.

Strange discovery i made a few years back: one does not taste vodka at all when combined with grapefruit juice...
But i usually have mine with a little ice.

Summer Beer. It's fruity, but refreshing and it tastes alright. Also, I didn't hit me as hard as I expected, even after 3 pints' worth.
1 can Frozen pink lemonade conc.
6 cans cheap beer
12 oz vodka
or something like that. I don't remember.
Otherwise, vodka tonic.

vodka tonic or gin and tonic, with a couple of lime wedges.
i may be wrong here..... isn't it bad to mix electrolytes with alcohol when you're drinking?

No... alcohol's a diuretic, and you piss out a lot of electrolytes. You're supposed to keep your electrolytes replenished and stay hydrated. Helps prevent hangovers.

ah okay. i had heard that they would help absorb alcohol directly into your bloodstream faster, but i was never sure if it was true or not.

I got several friends slammed out of their gourds mixing them screwdrivers with generous dashes of lemon juice mixed in. Works a treat.
Grey Goose screwdrivers ftw, btw.

Hahaha, without them knowing they were boozing it up?
I had that plan for a while when i found out about the curious properties of grapefruit, but i felt it would be wrong somehow... like secretly throwing magic mushrooms on a pizza and feeding it to someone. Before you know it, people think they're going absolutely stone crazy or something.

4 parts vodka (preferably Ketel One, Grey Goose, level)
2 parts Peachtree Schnops
2 parts Cranberry Juice (I like to use the Twister Apple Berry Blast)
1 part Orange Juice (I like to use Twister Orange Banana)
My spin on a cosmo... Delicious! (Not a fan or OJ either hence the 2 vs. 1 and the spin on the juices.) This does the trick at all my parties.
