Jesus man, you've only been here an hour on a forum that's over 7 years old. Q3 isn't exactly the most poplular game anymore. Have some patience and do some research before coming in here telling everyone what they ought to be doing. Most of your answers could be easily found using the search and putting forth a little effort on your part.
