Firefox is great, except unlike IE it takes a couple of seconds to load up a new instance. This preloader app speeds load times up a load.

pretty nice, although i haven't tried it. i need to save as much memory as i can so waiting a couple of seconds for FF to start doesn't bother me. not being built into the OS does have its disadvantages.
