Server Startup

Am new to this forum. Can anyone direct me to where I can find info on how to 'start up a Quake III server with the grappling hook enabled for players'? I used to play this years ago on Internet servers that had this enabled. I'd like to set up my own. Thanks in advance for your help.

Yes, am trying to get Quake 3 server up with grappling hook automatically enabled for players. Any info is appreciated.
