sever confution

i am almost done with my server but i am having a little confution on where to type in quake3.exe +set dedicated 2 is it in the consul or do i right click on quake3.exe and put that in in the target box

Right click the icon and add +set dedicated 2 at the end.

Yeah, you need it in the target box/command line prompt that you see. I would, however, not host a dedicated server with Windows. Its shit. If you want to host a sever, do it with Linux, for the love of god.
