i know this is a really stupid question but can i play on a server that i made and how do i get on, it is a dedicated server and i belive it is working but i cant figure out how to get on

/connect localhost
or /connect ???.???.???.??? ..............?=ip
you need to find your server ip .. review the text in your console when the server starts up .. somewhere in there you will see your ip

I do this all the time.
Start your server, then start q3 again.
Connect as stated above by axbaby.

ya i did that and it just stays awaiting connection
can anyone figure out "Awaiting Connection" on his own server

He didn't start his own server so effectively it's awaiting connection forever
and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever. But definitely not tuesday.

But if you connect to yourself, you will start a server anyway, so how the hell does that one work out?
