how do i download them i went to sites downloaded them but i dont know where to put the file ps i have the demo

You could try putting them in the demoq3 directory but most if not all maps won't work with the demo.

yea i tried that and it told me the files in the directory were corrupted i ask because i was looking at ase and i saw a server in the demo version playing strafez

sounds like you might need to d/l that file from another source.

Depends fully on if you mean the Jump mod, which was bouncy rocket fun, or the Defrag mod which is fast fast fast and higher and faster faster faster.

In either case you dump the maps in the mod folder and launch that mod then click the demo in the demo viewer.

Now that I think about it, you saying you had the demo just wont work. If thats the demo for Quake3 that is. If this is the case you need the full version to load up mods.

And the name strafez is a DeFrag map. Which means you not only need the full version of q3, but the mod DeFrag also.
