Dead Computer

Well today I tried to move my computer from my room to the living room so I could transfer a shit ton of data from the computer in the living room. I ended up putting the second hard drive from the living room computer into my computer in order to transfer the data. When I booted I got the siren sound from the BIOS. I tried all sorts of things, finally getting it to actually boot when I removed the new hard drive, but the siren sound remained, so I just shut it down. I tried reseating the RAM, video card and removed the CPU and reaplied thermal grease. I get no video output and now it turns on for maybe 3 seconds and shuts down, never giving a video signal. Is my Athlon XP dead?

I see no blown capacitors. It is an Abit AN7.

I've switched the RAM places, can't find another Athlon XP at all. BIOS has been on the latest release for a long while now.
