Red and I went to the Toronto fanExpo today. It was, in one word. insane. Comic books, nerd toys and video games.... Loved every second of it. Tons of geeks in Cosplay, Anime, Stawars,LOTR.Halo,GI Joe..and some shit I had no idea.... Lots of video game tournies....A huge guitar hero Tournie...WOW, And even quake4... ( I kicked some serious ass in the public lan...) lots of geek movie heros, Malcom Mc Dowell was even there....Adam West ( 50$ an autograph..fuck that batman. and some star wars actors...the best for me was meeting David Prouse.
And believe it or not...we actually got recognized. Atleast 10 people came up to us and said they had seen our flickr page...people even coming up to us asking to take their picture with us...it was cool. It was allot of fun being around other geeks who were way way more geekier than us.

And Intel had a booth, that if you danced around infront of a green screen...they'd give you a 250 meg thumb drive, with your video on on it in.....in the form of a commercial, for intel.

these expos are not my thing. i wondered into one a few months back at a shopping centre in london. the cast and crew from aliens were there selling.
