It aint half bad..
Not only does such a desolate place have limited zombie activity to begin with, the classic unscalable walls will also deter any undead... they'll stand in front of the closed gates, confused and hungry - and they'll be easy to pick off.
The many rooms of the castle can be used to create a self sustaining environment... i'm thinking maybe an array of solarpanels and a windmill or two on the roof for electricity. A small amount of lifestock can be kept in the courtyard, there's even room for a tiny garden for fruit and vegetables. The well is an old but reliable source of fresh water.
There's the added option of refilling the old dried up moat around the outer walls with water. It's currently unknown what effect water has on zombies, but even in the worse case scenario it should at least provide a fun & relaxing fishing oppertunity from the ramparts.

Quit my job for starters, anyone that says they wouldn't is full of shit. 
Then I'd charter a Gulfstream V and fly to Modena to pick up an F430 Scuderia and go tearing ass around Europe for a few weeks. I'd head straight to Nuerburg to pay my few Euro and drive the Nordschleiffe.
Then it would be back to the States to find a nice spot to build a house, and while it was being built I'd travel the world, after that I'd go to grad school and get my Master's and my Ph.D. Then I'd do pretty much whatever the fuck I wanted.
