I got problems if i want 2 play mp quake 3 it says ''couldnt connect to the masterserver plz visit

What can i do , do i have 2 download a patch or something because i just bought the game and i have a good cd key (i think it says its valid so.. ) I hope u guys can i help me out.

There is nothing wrong with your cd-key. The original masterserver has been down for a long time. First patch it to 1.32 then use the All Seeing Eye or another 3d party gamebrowser for finding games.

sometimes it takes a few refrshes to get the master server list but truly survivor is right .. ditch the default one and go with all seeing eye or gamespy.
