Software to sync files between computers...

...except it needs to be able to do so over a network of both Windows and Mac computers.
Bonus points if it can also work with Linux.

Run SyncBack on your Windows machine and expose a network share on the Linux and Mac machines. SyncBack should be able to sync between those all fine.
