I know a lot of you guys use thunderbird. I have a freind who is using it and he says that when he moves an email from one folder to another that he cannot open the email after it has been moved.
Is this something that he is doing wrong, or is this the way thunderbird works.

He's probably doing something wrong or something wrong with his configuration. All you have to do is drag and drop.

Thunderbird works fine for me. He says when he moves an email from inbox to another folder, he cannot view the images or click links. When he moves his mouse to the link, the arrow changes into a vertical line and he cant do anything.
