New Quake 3 A User: How can I check which version of Q3A I o

Hello, I have just bought a secoond hand copy of Q3A on Ebay. The game has been installed and works fine. I always try to use a no cd patch on all the games I buy. I have scored the Q3A interface and manuel but I can't find which version of Q3A I own. How can I find this out or can somebody point me in the direction of a generic no cd crach that works with all pc patched versions of the game?

Well, shane, you could try reading the Q3A forum. additionally, you could press the ~ key ingame and check in the right lower corner of the window that slides down.

Hi Shane, and welcome to the forums.
I advise you start up q3 and type /whatversionisthis in the console window.

Hello again, thanks for all the help. I found out that I have version 1.11 and I have found a working no-cd crack.
